In November 2013, the Harbormaster operation was placed completely under the jurisdiction of the Newbury Police Department. We hope that this transition will make it easier for you to submit and receive essential paperwork, as well as providing immediate access to a supervisor who can help answer any questions pertaining to the waterways.

As a boater, you should experience the same friendly, helpful service that you have come to expect. In fact, you will see many of the same familiar faces on the water and at the Town ramp. Please use this page to fill out and print any required forms. You can turn in paperwork and be issued all permits at the Newbury Police Department at any time of day, any day of the week. We look forward to providing you with an excellent boating experience.

BOATERS: PLEASE COMPLETE A WATERWAYS APPLICATION (LINK ABOVE) AND SUBMIT, EITHER IN PERSON OR BY MAIL, TO THE POLICE DEPARTMENT FOR PROCESSING.

APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE MAILED TO THE BOAT OWNER.
