The Newbury Police Department is happy to provide the addition of our police patch to collecting persons or agencies, However, we may require a charge of $4.00 to defer purchase of the new (unused) patch and postage costs. We also consider trades for our own collection in lieu of this cost. DO NOT send payment until you have been contacted by our Patch Collection officer and arrangements have been made.
