Dear Citizen,

The Newbury Police Department strives to provide a service to the community that is professional, dependable and instilled with courtesy and integrity. It is my expectation that each and every employee of the Newbury Police Department maintains this standard at all times, wether on-duty or off.

In keeping with this conviction, I have provided the citizenry with a means to communicate concerns regarding the performance of any employee of this department. Upon receiving a completed Citizen Complaint Form, I will initiate an internal investigation of the disclosed concern(s).

Please understand, no complaints will be recognized nor will an investigation will be started without the completed Citizen Complaint Form. This form is interactive as it can be completed online and then printed then signed. A typed form is the manner in which it should be completed and submitted.

The Citizen Complaint Form should then be placed in a plain envelope addressed as following:

Or, sealed envelope may be dropped off at the station.
